Our villas do not include a private pool — and for good reason. We are approximately 300 metres from beautiful Bophut Beach, and a short walk from hotels and beach bars with swimming pools and sun loungers open to outside guests.
In our experience with long-term tenants, the vast majority prefer the real sea over a private pool. The atmosphere, views, waves and freedom of Bophut Beach simply cannot be compared.
We believe in full transparency. The agreed price is what you pay — including all essential services.
Long-term rentals only. Minimum one month. We are not Airbnb and do not offer daily or short-term tourist rentals.
Minimum 1 MonthInterior cleaning is not included. Our staff do not enter tenants' homes. This policy protects your privacy and prevents misunderstandings.
Respecting Your PrivacyWe are pet friendly! Dogs — welcome. Cats — unfortunately not. The large enclosed yard of the 1-bedroom villa is perfect for dogs.
